BRIEF
Languages are dying. And with them, their people, their heritage and their culture.
As dramatic as it might sound, it’s true. Thanks to globalisation there are thousands of terms that we don’t get to say or that simply get lost in translation when we are trying to speak a more ‘common’ language. How can we value these words, their significant meaning and the feeling behind them?

SOLUTION
For my final dissertation I decided to create a special edition book that compiles all of the words that get lost in translation. These would then be analysed, explained, and given the value they deserved. They won’t ‘die’, their meaning will be preserved.
A big variety of formats, textures, colours and illustrations will help me achieve this.
As precious as a personal diary, Intraducible is more than a project – it is a tribute to language, culture and the world.
